You can request a refund or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging.

  • You can provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation message).

Please note: Refunds are not applicable if the damage occurred after delivery or if the product was used.

Refund Process

  • Once approved, your refund will be issued through your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 3–5 working days to reflect, depending on your bank or service provider.

  • If you prefer, we can also send a replacement book instead of a refund.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery.

  • Products that are used, opened, or without original packaging.

  • Orders placed by mistake or due to a change of mind (unless unshipped).
